MEETING DETAILS: Anyone wishing to speak at the Public Meeting must pre-register with the Deputy Clerk. Written submissions and requests to speak at the Public Meeting must be received by 4:00 p.m. on January 15th by emailing deputyclerk@wasagabeach.com or calling 705-429-3844 x2224.
Closing Public Meeting
When: June 13, 2024 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Where: Auditorium Hall, RecPlex
What to expect: Presentation of what we heard, presentations of findings, plans, and recommendations; review next steps, discussion and question-and-answer period.
Open Design Studio
When: June 11, 2024 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Where: Oakview Room, RecPlex
What to expect: No formal agenda or presentations; drop in at any time between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to look over the planners’ shoulders, see what’s going on, ask questions and share your thoughts on the future of the west end.
