The Town of Wasaga Beach has created a realistic town-wide comprehensive wayfinding strategy that addresses the needs of visitors and residents using all modes of transportation.
The strategy identifies wayfinding measures to support multi-modal travel.
Wayfinding refers to the systems that guide people through the physical environment using visual cues, maps, symbols, colours, signs, art, reference points and other means.
The focus now shifts to implementation of the strategy. Watch for updates on our main corporate website at www.wasagabeach.com.

Coordinated Committee received the draft wayfinding strategy for information at its June 10, 2021 meeting.
Committee referred the strategy to staff for review. Staff will report to committee on next steps.
A related report received for information outlines funding opportunities to support implementation of the strategy.
